About the role
We are seeking an experienced and hands on IT Support Lead to coordinate and execute the delivery of high-quality IT support across our organization. This role will oversee the implementation and day-to-day management of key IT tools, services, and infrastructure – including Office 365, network and AV tools, remote support platforms, and endpoint management. As the operational lead, you’ll steer internal IT support staff and external IT partners. Responsibilities include:
Operational Leadership:
Coordinate and execute day-to-day IT support activities across all 4 office locations.
Drive incident resolution, service requests, and escalations through tools like Jira Service Desk.
IT Infrastructure & Tools Management:
Oversee and manage administration and support of core platforms including:
Ensure staff onboarding/offboarding processes, equipment deployment, and security compliance are in place and continuously improved.
Projects & Process Improvement:
Drive and support ongoing IT improvement projects.
Standardize IT support processes and tools across all offices.
Ensure documentation and knowledge base materials (e.g., Confluence) are maintained and up to date.
Job requirements
About you
We are looking for a hands-on operational lead, with around 5 years of experience in IT support roles, managing office IT environments, both Windows and macOS. 1+ years of those ideally in a senior/coordinating capacity. Furthermore;
Strong understanding of Office 365 administration and Azure fundamentals (AZ-900) and Experience working with Active Directory / Azure AD, endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM), and IT asset management.
Familiarity with remote support, network infrastructure, and AV/meeting room setups and experience working with external IT support vendors and managing service-level agreements.
You are a strong communicator and have excellent stakeholder management skills
