Job description
Contract Management:
Draft, update, and maintain employment contract templates across jurisdictions (NL, PT, UK).
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Support hiring managers with contract-related queries and onboarding documentation.
Payroll Administration:
Coordinate monthly payroll cycles with external providers in the Netherlands, Portugal, and the UK.
Validate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and deductions.
Benefits Harmonization:
Lead the review and alignment of benefits packages across entities.
Benchmark and propose improvements to ensure competitiveness and equity.
Act as point of contact for employee benefits queries.
Pension Administration:
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate pension scheme enrollments, changes, and communications. Support new joiners with pension onboarding and training coordination
Process Optimization & Compliance:
Identify and implement improvements in HR operations workflows.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and policies.
Support audits and reporting requirements.
Job requirements
5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an international environment.
Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and payroll practices; familiarity with UK and Portuguese regulations is a plus.
Experience with HRIS systems (Personio preferres).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
