About the role 

As Senior UX Designer at Eneve, you drive the strategic transformation from a consultancy-driven organization with a primary focus on a single product, towards a product-led company offering multiple scalable solutions within a SaaS Model.  This transition requires a fundamental shift in how we approach user experience. We are therefore looking for a Senior UX Designer who can play a key role in shaping and defining the UX function within our organization. 

This is a hybrid role combining strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will not only define how UX contributes to our product strategy, but also actively design and implement solutions that support scalable, user-centred products. 

What you’ll do 

Strategic 

• Define and drive the UX vision and strategy across multiple products 

• Establish and evolve the UX function within a product-led SaaS organization 

• Translate business goals and product strategy into clear UX direction 

• Lead user research initiatives and translate insights into actionable product decisions 

• Define and implement design systems to ensure consistency and scalability 

• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and leadership to shape product roadmaps

Executional 

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-level UI concepts 

• Work on greenfield product development as well as improvements to existing products 

• Translate strategic direction into concrete UX deliverables 

• Ensure high-quality UX across all touchpoints

Leadership & Collaboration

• Act as a UX authority and advisor within the organization 

• Facilitate alignment between stakeholders across disciplines 

• Advocate for user-centred design at all levels of the organization

What you bring 

• Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer in a SaaS environment. 

• Demonstrated experience in greenfield projects and product development 

• Strong expertise in UX strategy, design systems, and user research 

• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels 

• Experience working in organizations undergoing growth or transformation is a strong plus 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset and able to move between conceptual thinking and delivery
