About the role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to strengthen the Eneve Software commercial team.
The SDR plays a key role in supporting and coordinating the operational sales process end-to-end, ensuring that leads, opportunities and deals move efficiently through the commercial pipeline.
In addition to qualifying inbound leads generated through digital campaigns, the SDR acts as the operational owner of the sales process, supporting Account Executives and ensuring that all internal stakeholders — including Sales, Product, Consultancy and Customer Success — contribute effectively to progressing and closing deals.
The role combines lead qualification, sales support, deal coordination and sales operations, making it central to the efficiency and scalability of Eneve’s commercial organisation.
Key responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Campaign Follow-Up
Act as the first commercial contact for inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, events and partnerships.
Qualify incoming leads based on customer profile, market segment, and buying stage.
Ensure timely follow-up and scheduling of meetings for Account Executives and commercial leadership.
Maintain close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure effective follow-up of digital campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
End-to-End Sales Process Coordination
Act as the operational owner of the sales process, ensuring that opportunities move efficiently through the pipeline.
Monitor deal progression across all sales stages and ensure timely follow-up by the relevant stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between Sales, Product, Consultancy and Customer Success throughout the sales cycle.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and proactively coordinate actions to resolve them.
Support the consistent execution of Eneve’s sales methodology and pipeline management process.
Support to Field Sales & Deal Closure
Support Account Executives and senior sales colleagues in progressing opportunities toward successful closure.
Prepare account research, meeting briefings, and opportunity documentation.
Coordinate internal input required for proposals, demos, and solution design.
Support the contracting and deal closure process, ensuring all required inputs, approvals and documentation are collected and reviewed in time.
Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals, legal reviews, pricing approvals and contract documents are completed efficiently.
Help organize client meetings, product demonstrations and commercial workshops.
Sales Operations Support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system (HubSpot or similar).
Track leads, opportunities and pipeline progression to ensure transparency and reliability of the commercial forecast.
Support preparation of sales pipeline reviews and Commercial Board updates.
Assist with reporting and analysis on pipeline development, sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
Ensure consistent use of sales processes and CRM discipline across the commercial team.
Market & Account Intelligence
Support account mapping and stakeholder identification within target customers.
Maintain structured lists of priority accounts and market segments.
Track relevant developments in the energy sector that may create commercial opportunities.
Job requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, business development, or sales operations, preferably in SaaS, energy, or technology sectors.
Experience working with B2B sales pipelines and CRM systems.
Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Structured and disciplined approach to managing sales processes.
Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders and ensure follow-up on actions.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail in managing CRM data and reporting.
Interest in the energy sector and the energy transition.
Tools
Experience with tools such as:
CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
LinkedIn and digital engagement tools
Sales reporting tools (Excel, dashboards)
