About the role 

We’re looking for a software engineer to join our growing Development team in Lisbon. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our EBASE solution by designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cloud-native applications. Your responsibilities include: 

  • Collaborate with your team to design and implement innovative solutions while adhering to best development practices. 

  • Enhance and optimize the performance of the application components to ensure scalability and efficiency. 

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code. 

  • Focus on building maintainable and scalable solutions. 

  • Design and communicate high-level functional architectures and solutions. 

  • Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation. 

  • Stay up to date with modern software development methodologies and continuously improve team processes. 

Job requirements

About you 

We are seeking an analytical and pro-active C# developer to join our dynamic team. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in software development and are eager to join us on our path to standardization. Furthermore, you have: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 

  • Expertise in C# (.NET Core) development with excellent coding abilities. 

  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design. 

  • Familiarity with SQL Server and database design. 

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities. 

  • Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken. 

  • Located in Lisbon metropolitan area
