For this role the teams span Engineering, DevOps, QA, Operations, and Customer Success. Approximately 160 FTE operating across locations in Utrecht, Assen, Loughborough (UK) and Lisbon (PT). The company is in a post-merger growth phase, aiming to achieve operational scalability, delivery excellence, and sustained customer outcomes.

As Workplace & Culture Manager, you will be the heart of our office operations, the person who ensures that everything runs smoothly on a daily basis. From making sure our lunch service is well-coordinated, to liaising with the cleaning team, to finding the right vendors if something needs to be fixed, you are the go-to person who keeps our workplace comfortable, welcoming, and efficient.

This is a hands-on, operational role where you will make sure the office feels like a great place to work. You’ll handle practical matters, coordinate suppliers, and be the friendly face everyone can turn to when something needs attention.

About the role

We are looking for someone who is organized, approachable, and proactive — a true office host who enjoys supporting others and keeping things in order. You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to solve small issues and you take pride in creating a smooth, pleasant work environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Main contact for suppliers and external service providers.

  • Ordering and organizing lunch

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Administration of our mobility solution portal

  • Travel administration

  • Liaising with the cleaning company

  • Event management

  • Organizing internal initiatives to contribute to a positive company culture and a sense of belonging.

Job requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and a practical mindset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, approachable and solution-oriented

  • Experience coordinating with suppliers and service providers

  • A proactive, can-do attitude: you see what needs to be done and take action
